Grass-fed meats
If you are following the autoimmune diet top quality meats are important. US Wellness meats ships frozen grass-fed meats to your door. Their animals are managed by farmers with a personal commitment to health and excellence. Founded by lifelong farmer John Wood, U.S. Wellness Meats grew out of John’s realization that there was a unique way of raising cattle for a growing niche of U.S. consumers who were beginning to understand the health benefits of CLA and omega-3s from free-range meat.
Whole 30

Which brand or source of liposomal glutahione do you recommend? Are there creams that GSH? From you book, I understand you say to apply it to the soles of one’s feet.
Thanks.
Can you please tell me where to get all the supplements you mention in your book.
Nutrional HypoAllergetic Protein Powder.
thank you!

I am terribly confused about emulsified vitamin d. What does Dr. K recommend brand wise? I have tried tons of vitamin d vitamins and most have something I am allergic too in the mix. Thankyou!
How can I find a practitioner in my area who practices the way Dr. Kharrazian does?
I have Hashimotos.
Thank you,
Vicki
Where do you live?
[...] Fermented foods: Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled ginger, fermented cucumbers, coconut yogurt, kombucha, etc. You must make your own or buy one of the few brands that are genuinely fermented and free of sugars or additives. [...]
Where does one find the Apex Nutritional products without having to go through all sorts of expensive tests?
In the most recent post, Dr. K makes reference to testing for TH-1, 2, 3, and 17. At the time of the 3 day Mastering the Thyroid seminar I took, he said taht he thought at that time that cytokine testing was useless in it’s current state and inaccurate at best. What lab does he presently use to check these. Does he run independant cytokines, or whole profiles? Thanks- Brie
I don’t recommend Cultures for Health for people with AI. I just ordered from them and their cultures are “manufactured in a facility that produces products made with wheat, soy, eggs, nuts and fish (including shrimp).” (quoted from the back of the box) Definitely NOT for people with celiac, nut, egg, or soy allergies!!! I just wasted my money and wanted to warn others.
Try BODY ECOLOGY culture! No need to use salt. It’s a probiotic culture.
If you search YouTube via “fermantation” look for the series of videos with the originator of the product.
Sorry for the misspell…..and I meant “fermented foods.” They may also be at the Renegade Health website….
How does all of this information apply if you have had your thyroid removed but still experience symptoms despite normal blood levels?
I have been told by many people that a new product will help me with not only gluten sensitivity but also with depression, mental fatigue, and hormone balancing. They claim that Lamanine is the miracle cure for everything. I looked it up and it is just an amino acid. Can this be possible? Are there any long term probelems with taking lamaine?
I too am looking for the hypoallergenic protein powder as described in the thyroid book. Does anyone have suggestions on a brand?
Lepterra by Inno-vita is a great hypo-allergenic protein powder made from pea protein. I have been doing very well on it.
Is there a list of doctors you’ve trained?
I’m in Santa Cruz, Ca
